Peix pesant? Authors Adrià Riera Palomino Lourdes Díaz i Rovira Abstract A study of the concentration of several heavy metals found (cadmium, copper, lead, zinc, nickel) in two types of seafood: salmon and mussels. The study was made using atomic absortion spectrophotometry and we compare the results of the analyses with the current safe legal limits for these seafood.
