Abstract

Dataloggers are one of the new ICT devices in the Science classroom. This equipment allows visualization in real time of the variables of an experiment. The advantages for using this material go further than simply motivating students: correctly used it can improve the ability to interpret graphics. Further the time of data-capture is very short in comparison with traditional equipment. This fact can leave time for other activities such as discussion and interpretation of the results or working with variables. Another advantage of this technology is the increased possibility of measuring magnitudes which were difficult to measure with traditional equipment.
