Resultats assajos 2010 Authors Marta Ferré Jordi Roselló Abstract La Denominació d'Origen Terra Alta és un exemple clar de diferenciació de producte a partir de la valorització de la garnatxa blanca. A l'hora d'elaborar els vins amb aquesta varietat, cal aportar coneixement sobre els itineraris vitícoles i enològics adequats a aquesta varietat, per tal de potenciar-ne les virtuts i corregir-ne els caràcters no desitjats. L'objectiu del present estudi és avaluar la incidència de determinades pràctiques enològiques en l'aparició de l'embruniment i en el perfil aromàtic en vins de la varietat garnatxa blanca en les condicions de la Denominació d'Origen Terra Alta.
