Abstract

New contribution to the knowledge of Ptinidae of Salamanca, with description of a new species of the genus Lasioderma Stephens 1835 (Coleoptera: Bostrichoidea) Ptinidae species collected in 2014 by the CIBIO of the University of Alicante, in protected areas of the El Rebollar and the Sierra de las Quilamas in the province of Salamanca are discussed. The results obtained with those of the campaigns during the years 2010 to 2012 by the CIBIO, in the Biological Reserve Campanarios de Azaba, Natural Park Batuecas and protected natural area Sierra de las Quilamas are compared. The presence in the Iberian Peninsula of Gastrallus immarginatus (P. W. J. Müller, 1821) is confirmed. Lasioderma micros n. sp. is described, well characterized by its size, cuticle, colour and weave of internal sac of aedeagus. Also it is differentiated from its morphological neighbours by numerous details of the external structure.
