Abstract

In this work the microevolutionary dynamics of the activity of adult individuals of different Drosophila species at Bordils (Girona) has been studied. The variation of the species composition according to the collecting method and the location of the baits using the data obtained in a first period (1979-1981) has been analysed. Furthermore the variation of the sex ratio for the most common species according to the collecting method used has been studied. To ascertain how the changes in the habitat during a long period of time influence the species composition of this community, we have also analysed the collections obtained in a second period (1996-1997). Finally the seasonal component of the activity rhythms of different species in both periods has been studied.
