Abstract Several observations of different hydrophilic lichens in Catalonia are commented, all of them come from the same Pyrenean locality, in the municipality of Alt Àneu (Pallars Sobirà, Lleida province). These observations constitute an addition to the lichen checklist of the area called «Les Planes de Son i mata de València», previously published in a larger and more comprehensive study of the area. We would like to highlight the presence of Hydropunctaria scabra, a species, according to the available information, mentioned for the first time in the Iberian Peninsula. A detailed description is included for this taxon, accompanied by photographic iconography and the appropriate morphological and chorological comments. Verrucaria pachyderma is also a species of chorological interest in Catalonia, as it was only known from a single locality in the Aran Valley. Downloads Download data is not yet available.
