Redescripción de Agabiformius obtusus (Budde-Lund, 1909) y de Armadillo hirsutus Koch, 1856 (Isopoda: Oniscidea) de la Península Ibérica Authors Antonio Cruz Suárez Abstract Two species of Terrestrial Isopods are redescribed, which belong to the families Porcellionidae Brandt & Ratzeburg, 1831, and Armadillidae Brandt & Ratzeburg, 1831 which were deficiently described. The two species are Agabiformius obtusus (Budde-Lund, 1909) and Armadillo hirsutus Koch, 1856. The former is new from Spain. Caruso's hypothesis (1982) about a holomediterranean distribution is thereby confirmed. It is also included an identification key of the Agabiformius Verhoeff, 1908 species in the Iberian Peninsula. The second species was already known in the southern regions of Portugal and Andalusia. The new records enlarge its distribution to Levante. A key for species of Armadillo Dumeril, 1816 is included.
