Moluscos del Parque Nacional de Aigüestortes

Abstract

Molluscs were sampled in and around Aigüestortes National Park (Central Pirenees) mostly at altitudes comprised between 1.600 and 2.500 m., in summer of 1958 and 1959. A total of 51 species were found (34 within the Park's limits). This relatively low diversity appears to be caused by altitude and the mostly siliceous substrates.
