Distribució del ferro lliure en els sòls de les terrasses del riu Anoia (Alt Penedès)

Abstract

The results of the different iron contents (total, pedogenic free iron oxides and amorphous iron) in a soil sequence on the Anoia River (Catalonia, NE Spain) terraces are shown.
The iron ratio increases from the flood-plain to terrace 2, probably Paleotyrrhenian-Eutyrrhenian.
The soil sequence is: Typic Xerocrept, Calcixerollic Xerochrept i Rhodoxeralf.
