Heterópteros acuáticos (Nepomorpha y Gerromorpha) de las islas Baleares

Abstract

A check-list of aquatic Heteroptera is presented for the Balearic Islands based on new field samples and an analysis of existing bibliographical information. Remarks are made concerning the identification of various species of the genera Gerris and Anisops; some notes concerning the life cycles of several species and some biogeographical considerations complete the work.
