Abstract

Data about the biology and distribution in Catalonia of two interesting species belonging to the Melyridae (Malachiinae) and Silvanidae families are provided. Last records of the Anthribidae family (Anthribinae and Choraginae) in several protected natural areas in Catalonia are documented, giving for each species its distribution in Catalonia and its known biology. A catalogue is attached with the 16 recorded species in Catalonia, indicating localities and bibliographic references. The habitus of some of the treated species are also represented.
