Una nova espècie del gènere Ptilinus Geoffroy, 1762 del nord de Pakistan (Coleoptera: Ptinidae: Ptilininae)

Abstract

A new species of Ptinidae from the Ptilininae subfamily collected at Swat Valley (Pakistan), Ptilinus wittmeri n. sp., is described. It is diagnosed and compared with its closest Palaearctic species, and the species content within Ptilinus in the above mentioned region is addressed. Graphic content of male habitus, abdominal details, maxillary palps and aedeagus, as well as a map with the capture location, are provided.
