La coordinació i la concordança registrals i cadastrals un any després de l'entrada en vigor de la llei 13/2015 Authors Víctor Esquirol Jiménez Abstract One year after Act 13/2015, of June 24th, on reform of the Mortgage Law and the consolidated text of the Real Estate Cadastre Law, went into force, doctrine and, particularly, the Directorate-General for Registries and Notary Services, through more than seventy decisions, have performed an important task of interpreting, developing and unifying the practice of this Act, which is innovative, difficult and confusing on many points.
