Les memòries testamentàries en el dret civil català Authors Alejandra de Lama Aymà Abstract This paper deals in depth with the concept of testamentary memoranda, an institution of incorporation by reference in Catalan civil law, with the aim to allow full advantage to be made of its application. It may be seen, for instance, that the great freedom of formal requisites attending testamentary memoranda results in a great limitation of their content, and that the invalidity of the will implies necessarily the invalidity of any respective testamentary memoranda because they are per relationem documents with respect to the will.
