Abstract

Taking as the starting point the judgement of the Provincial Court of Barcelona which was passed on 15 December 2014, this study analyses the setting of interest for late payment, the use of acceleration clauses in contracts and the unilateral establishment by the lender of the amount of the unpaid debt.
