Abstract

This paper comments on Article 233-16.1 of the Catalan Civil Code (CCCat), concerning marital agreement about the compensatory benefit (Art. 233-14 CCCat). Specifically, this paper analyses the circumstances that need to be evaluated in order to determine if the agreement relates to this benefit or to something else.
