Abstract

This article analyses the application of supplementary law (Art. 111-4 and 111-5 of the Civil Code of Catalonia) and its effects on the regulation of prescription in Catalonia. After examining the supplementary use of the Spanish state civil law, the character of common law of the provisions of the Civil Code of Catalonia is studied.
