El oficio cuaresmal de Lázaro de Betania en las iglesias catalano-narbonesas (ss. XII-XV) Authors Juan Pablo Rubio Sadia Abstract The liturgy related to Lazarus of Bethany is singularly interesting due to its antiquity and relevance in the proprium de tempore, as well as due to its later proliferation in the proprium sanctorum in the churches of Gaul. This work studies the presence of the formularies de Lazaro in the medieval sources of three territories: central-northern Italy, Provence and Septimania including the carolingian Catalonia. The particular features acquired by the office of Friday IV of Lent in the catalano-narbonese dioceses during the 12th-15th centuries are presented. The incipits of the most representative studied documents are transcribed in the final annex. Downloads Download data is not yet available.
