Abstract

Having lost the original document and the manuscript copied by P. Benet Rius and J. Villanueva, it is difficult to date this text which, however, considering its contents, seems to have been writen in the first half of 12th century. It has the titles of only 102 works, from which only a dozen manuscripts is preserved in the Arxiu de la Corona d'Aragó in Barcelona. The gramatical, classical, philosophical and scientific books seem largely to be part of the legacy ordered by the priest and judge Salomó in 1017, when his sons Ermengol and Joan were donated to the monastery.
