Abstract

A small number of documents from the last half of the 10th century mention a hospital built by Oliba Llobató, clearly stating its topographical location. New studies now make it possible to understand the real importance of a small xenodochia that may have had something to do with the relics of the Lignum Crucis or True Cross that were kept in the cathedral of Gerunda (Girona).
