Abstract

The research on liturgical manuscripts containing music is a dynamic matter since, with the passing of time, archives go about putting their holdings in order and acquiring new accessions. This paper presents the holdings of fragments of liturgical music manuscripts currently conserved at the Diocesan Archive of Barcelona. Likewise, it draws up a completedescriptive inventory of these holdings and, in addition to pointing out the characteristics of each fragment, it describes their liturgical content with a view to facilitating future research.
