Parasitoides i depredadors en el conreu del presseguer a Tarragona Authors Bàrbara Celada Grouard Abstract From observations on peach-trees in Tarragona, a list of the entomofauna associated with the main phytophagous of the peach-tree was performed. We expose, also, a detailed study about Pseudaulacaspis pentagona Targ. (Homoptera Diaspiididae) and the entomofauna associated with this pest, and that are two parasitoids, Encarsia berlesei How and Aphytis proclia Walker (Hymenoptera Aphelinidae the two) and one predator, Rhizobius lophantae Blaisd. (Coleoptera Coccinellidae). With the knowledge of their action, the fundamental nature of the biological pest control is presented as one of the most clears examples of practical application and efficacy.
