Resumen

El Surrealisme català té arrels autòctones, per bé que també té una dimensió internacional. Encara que s’hagin formulat dubtes sobre si alguns dels seus autors s’ajusten completament a la definició teòrica del Surrealisme, no es pot escriure la història d’aquest corrent artístic sense Salvador Dalí i Joan Miró, que en desborden el marc. Però no és correcte limitar-se a aquestes figures més famoses, sinó que cal tenir en compte altres artistes com Leandre Cristòfol, Esteban Francés i altres que aquí s’esmenten.

Submission of a manuscript to Catalan Historical Review implies: that the work described has not been published before, including publication on the World Wide Web (except in the form of an Abstract or as part of a published lecture, review, or thesis); that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that all coauthors have agreed to its publication. Nevertheless, all articles in Catalan Historical Review will be available on the internet to any reader at no cost. The copyright owner’s consent does not include copying for new works, or resale.
