Resum

The system of conflict of laws and the principle of unity of jurisdiction are under the influence of the plural composition of the Spanish legal system in civil law matters. The aim of this article is to examine cases in which the rules on concflict of laws should be applicable in order to determine the application of Catalan civil law.
